B\u00fdvaj\u00ed to traumatick\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky spojen\u00e9 s d\u011btstv\u00edm, kter\u00e9 ale sami nemus\u00edme odhalit &#8211; traumata toti\u017e um\u00ed b\u00fdt i celkem nen\u00e1padn\u00e1, t\u0159eba jako jedna nevinn\u011b pronesen\u00e1 v\u011bta, kterou jsme si vzali p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 osobn\u011b.\u00a0Ze zamotan\u00e9ho kruhu diet, p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fd\u010ditek se m\u016f\u017eeme pokusit vymanit sami &#8211; naslouch\u00e1n\u00edm sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu i vnitru, meditac\u00ed, j\u00f3gou, sebevzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm. Anebo si nechat pomoci odborn\u00edkem &#8211; psychologem nebo terapeutem.
