Jen\u017ee ono ani to nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. N\u011bkdy je toti\u017e nab\u00edzen\u00e1 nemovitost natolik drah\u00e1, \u017ee u\u017e na ni prost\u011b \u010dlov\u011bk ani hypot\u00e9ku nedostane, proto\u017ee by tuto z\u0159ejm\u011b nedok\u00e1zal spl\u00e1cet. A co pak? Pak by mohla leckomu vyhovovat hypot\u00e9ka na dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt https:\/\/www.fahd.cz\/nebankovni-hypoteka\/, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat i tehdy, kdy\u017e to u b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky na vlastn\u00ed byt nevyjde.
